All Weekend

Scavenger Hunt: While you’re strolling down Main Street, take the time to hunt for the hidden holiday symbols in select businesses’ windows. For a chance to win a prize, fill out and submit a form online, or pick one up from the Visitor’s Bureau and drop the completed form in Santa’s mailbox at Mid’s Park.

Decorating Contest: We’re inviting all Lake Placid businesses to join us in celebrating the holiday spirit during Holiday Village Stroll. As you stroll around town, look for the biggest and brightest decorations and vote for your favorite storefronts from December 12-14. The winning business will receive a trophy (and bragging rights!)
