Orchestra concert by the Community String Orchestra of the Adirondacks with friends on keys and winds will perform a very variable program: "Form Baroque to the Movies".

27 musicians, out standing professional soloists and something for everybody.....

Enjoy Vivaldi's violin concerto "Winter" perfromed by baroque violinist Sarah Bleile Douglass, the "Love Theme" from Cinema Paradiso by Morricone with Susan Hanley Grimm on Celeste and Elaine Dewar on solo-violin, enjoy the premiere of the lush harmonies and interesting dynamics of Alex Malin's piece "Serenade from Suite for Strings". Alex Malin is the artistic director.
