Kick off the 2026 summer reading program at the Lake Placid Public Library with Award-winning singer-songwriter, Deb Cavanaugh! Included are percussion instruments (including the traditional limberjack) and a crankie, which is is a moving panorama illustrating a song. Come jam with us!  

About Deb Cavanaugh

Deb Cavanaugh is an Award-winning singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and roots singer. She lives in the foothills of the Taconic Mountains, in upstate New York.  We are lucky and excited to have her with us to kick off our Summer Reading program!
