7:30 PM, Lake Placid Center for the Arts

The Lake Placid Sinfonietta is the Adirondacks' Orchestra, unleashing the power of music to entertain, educate and inspire people of all ages. 

Led by Music Director Stuart Malina, the Lake Placid Sinfonietta is a professional summer chamber orchestra of twenty top orchestral musicians from across the country. Originally a private Hotel Orchestra in 1917, the Sinfonietta is proud to have been a community supported non-profit for the last 40 years. Symphony Series Dates: 

The Lake Placid Sinfonietta's annual Symphony Series is held at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts. Concerts begin at 7:30 p.m.

Park Series

The Lake Placid Sinfonietta also offers free concerts in Mid's Park, where all are welcome to enjoy live classical music lakeside with scenic views. Concerts are held on Wednesdays, July 9-August 13, at 7:00 p.m. (Rain site: St. Agnes Church)

Adirondack Series

In addition to the Symphony and Park series, the Lake Placid Sinfonietta offers a selection of special concerts at alternate venues throughout the Adirondacks.
