Looking to feel stronger and more confident? Rise Up Self Defense offers a unique opportunity to learn practical self-defense skills in a trauma-informed environment. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, these classes provide a supportive space to empower yourself.

Classes are held at Fitness Revolution, a local favorite known for its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to community well-being.

No prior experience is necessary! Ages 13 and up are welcome, so bring your friend, your daughter, or even your mother. Sign up for the entire series or drop in when you can – we hope to see you there!
