Women's Self Defense Fall Session
Mondays & Wednesdays, September 8–November 5
Ladies, we hope you can join us for the fall session of our women's self defense class at Fitness Revolution. Classes are taught by Diana LeBlanc from Rise Up Self Defense and are both jiu jistu based and trauma informed. In this course you will learn situational awareness and how to use leverage and technique to escape from someone who is larger and stronger than you.
Sign up for the entire 17 class series, or drop in when you can. No prior experience is needed. Classes begin Monday, September 8 at Fitness Revolution. The classes are open to girls and ladies ages 13+ (under 18's must be accompanied by an adult). Mothers wishing to attend with their daughters, be sure to ask about our family discount.
