Tour De Face

Join us for the exciting Tour De Face event at Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort! This thrilling uphill ski and snowboard touring race takes you up the scenic Wilmington Trail, followed by a rewarding ski descent. Check in on event day will run from 7-7:30 a.m. at the Bear Den Learning Center and the race will begin at 8:00 a.m.

Sign ups will be available until Friday, January 30 at midnight. Entry is just $25, with a special $10 ticket price for current uphill season passholders. To reload your uphill pass with the $10 ticket please call our tickets desk at 518-946-8505.
Entry is limited to first 100 contestants. Don’t miss out on this unique challenge and fun day on the slopes!
Prizes & Sponsors
Prizes await the top finishers, thanks to our sponsors at High Peaks Cyclery, Maui North, Lake Placid Ski and Board, Viking Ski and Cycle and Sportsbarn. High Peaks Cyclery will also be on site over at Bear Den from 9am to 3pm with touring demos, so if you’ve always wanted to give it a try but never been able to, now is your chance!
To ensure everyone’s safety, all competitors must make turns while racing downhill, there will be no straight-lining allowed.
