Strong muscles and stable joints are the base for every pose, every lift, every daily move.
This 4-week small-group series blends functional training with mobility work to help you:
• Master key movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry)
• Prevent injury & reduce chronic pain
• Gain confidence with gym lifts
