Tai Chi for Seniors
We're offering two introductory classes for residents to explore tai chi with Mary Bartel, Structural Yoga Therapist, Tai Chi Flow and Meditation Instructor.
- Thursday, December 11 or 18
- 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Space is limited to 10 participants per class. Class will be held in the nonfiction room.

With sufficient interest, we hope to continue to offer wellness classes in yoga, tai chi, qi gong and more in 2026.
