High Peaks Yoga Shala has a few spots left for their Stress-Less Workshop this Saturday at 10:30 a.m. It’s a calming, hands-on session where you’ll learn simple tools to ease tension, calm the mind, and reset your nervous system. You’ll even leave with a physical “toolbox” of take-home practices to help you manage stress anytime, anywhere.
