Hike through history at Heaven Hill

John Brown Farm will offer a free, guided history walk on Heaven Hill at 1pm on Saturday June 14. The walk of about 1.5 miles includes- a visit to an 1800's family gravesite and will skirt an old orchard. Meet the guide at the John Brown Farm traffic circle; go by car to the trailhead a couple miles from the historic site. Appropriate shoes required; water recommended. The walk entails going uphill on a good trail, with a majestic view if the sky is clear. Registration preferred but not required for individuals. Large groups must get in touch.
