Move Like A Pro

This class is for those of us who have sat too much at a desk, from age, or from injuries and who want to get back some of our functional mobility. In this class we work on body mechanics, balance, posture and low impact exercises to feel stronger, healthier and flow with our bodies. Mondays and Wednesdays mornings @ 9:00!
