Whiteface Mountain is excited to continue our inaugural IFSA Freeride Ski and Snowboard Series. The Empire Freeride Series at Whiteface will feature both a Qualifier and a Junior event—highlighted by an exciting change to the Qualifier venue.
For the first time ever, adult competitors will take on The Slides (conditions permitting), a well-known rite of passage for skiers across the nation, while Junior athletes will compete on Lookout Below. After welcoming nearly 100 participants in our first event last year, Whiteface is thrilled to host even more riders this season.
