We are a family owned and operated business producing Pure Adirondack Maple Products since 2011. Our store and sugar house are located in Keene, NY, home of 15 of the 46 High Peaks.

Our love for maple was sparked in 2009 when we tapped our first 12 maple trees in our backyard. Fast forward to 2018, we now have 3500 taps and have made the choice to pursue our maple dreams full time. Our Pure Adirondack Maple Products include:
 - Pure Adirondack maple syrup
 - Maple cream and maple sugar candy
 - We have also collaborated with a local distillery in Keene, Gristmill Distillers and are making Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup.
