LAKE HOUSE
The Lake House is an original Lake Placid Club cottage, fully renovated in 2013 featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 master bedrooms each with a king bed overlooking Mirror Lake with private bath. The 2 other bedrooms have 2 double beds each and share a bath. The kitchen is finished with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and wood floors.
The great room features a cathedral ceiling with floor to ceiling fireplace and commanding views overlooking Mirror Lake. The Lake House is equipped with free high speed wireless internet, washer and dryer and has an outdoor patio overlooking Mirror Lake with patio furniture and Weber Grill.
Since the Lake House is located on the Lake Placid Club property you may enjoy all that the Lake Placid Club has to offer including 3 Championship Golf Courses which turn into incredible cross country ski trails in the winter. The Lake House is located across the street from the Lake Placid Club Boat House Restaurant and Beach. All amenities of the Crowne Plaza Resort are included in your stay including use of the Crowne Plaza indoor swimming pool. The Lake House comfortably sleeps 12.
GRANDVIEW COTTAGE
The Grandview Cottage is located on the Crowne Plaza Resort property. The cottage consists of 3 king bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The main floor has a large living room with a pullout sofa, a wood burning fireplace, porch overlooking Mirror Lake, full kitchen, 1 ½ bathrooms, and clothes washer and dryer. The Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms each with a king sized bed and private bath. The bedrooms all have a lake view but no balconies. All the bathrooms feature shower stalls. (sleeps 2 to 8 persons)
LAKE PLACID CLUB CONDO
The Lake Placid Club condo is located adjacent to the Lake Placid Club Golf Courses and Lake Placid Club Cross Country Ski Center. The condo consists of 3 bedrooms and 31/2 baths. The large living room features a fabulous original stone fireplace and views of the Adirondack High Peaks. The kitchen is finished with granite counter tops, custom cabinets and tile floors. The bedrooms all have private baths, Master including a Jacuzzi tub. The condo features handcrafted Harden furniture, wood floors, washer/dryer, and outdoor deck. All amenities of the Crowne Plaza Resort are included in your stay including use of the Crowne Plaza indoor swimming pool and private beach on Mirror Lake. The Lake Placid Club property is located .5 mile from the Crowne Plaza hotel. The 3 bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 8: One queen bed in Master, one queen bed and 2 queen beds in guest rooms.

Veranda 1
Veranda 1 is a four bedroom three bath luxury vacation rental located on the main floor of a large home in the center of the village overlooking Mirror Lake. Three of the bedrooms have King beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. The three bathrooms have showers. This completely remodeled apartment features a large living room opening to a spacious kitchen and has a large veranda with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. The bedrooms and living area are all located on one level. Sleeps 8. We do allow dogs. Maximum 2 dogs. Pet fee of $150.00 plus tax.
Veranda 2
Veranda 2 is a five Bedroom three bath luxury vacation rental located next to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the center of the Village of Lake Placid. This unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a completely remodeled estate home with mountain and lake views. The 2nd floor offers a large living area open to a spacious kitchen and features a deck for outdoor living, two bedrooms each with a king bed and their own bath with shower. The 3rd floor has three smaller bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other two have one queen bed each; there is one bath with shower on the 3rd floor as well. Sleeps 10. We do allow dogs. Maximum 2 dogs. Pet fee of $150.00 plus tax.

Boathouse Residences
The Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences consists of 3 luxury vacation rentals located directly on Mirror Lake across from Main Street, Lake Placid. These newly renovated residences were a popular restaurant for years prior to this conversion and opened as Vacation Rentals July 19, 2020. One can combine the Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences 3 with Residences 4 through an adjacent door, creating a 7 bedroom luxury rental. Or rent the entire building Residences 3, 4 and 5 for a total of 12 bedrooms!
The Lake Placid Club Boat House Residences share a beautiful beach with guests of the Crowne Plaza. The beach is available the last weekend in June through Labor Day weekend Sunday 10:30am-6:30pm.
