4th of July Parade
Ending the afternoon every year is Lake Placid's Fourth of July gala parade, starting at 5 p.m. With lots of local civic groups, businesses, and individuals, the parade has grown into a great crowd pleaser!
Fireworks over Mirror Lake
Topping off the day is Lake Placid's legendary Fourth of July fireworks extravaganza, Set the Night to Music. The fireworks show, which begins at 9:30 p.m., is choreographed to music. Hear the official soundtrack live on 100.7/102.1 - LAKEfm and 105.5/95.3 FM - Adirondack 105.
