Lake Placid is alive with the sound of music!

In fall and winter, live music floats through the air in outdoor spaces, including bars and restaurants, from musicians the world over. The Lake Placid Center for the Arts provides excellent opportunities for enjoying music, from live events to big screen and virtual events.

During the long summer days, locals and visitors alike flock to bars, restaurants, and concert venues to enjoy an eclectic array of musical offerings that includes rock, bluegrass, blues, and concerto. The musicians are as diverse as the music they play, and it's not uncommon to see a local, national, and international act in the same weekend in Lake Placid.

Description
After a day of exploring, the perfect way to spend your evening in Lake Placid is with a live performance from the Lake Placid Sinfonietta. Throughout the summer, the orchestra performs live in Mid's Park on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.
