Experience a yoga session like no other. Combining paddle boarding with yoga provides a fun change of pace. SUP yoga can range from easy for the paddle board or yoga novice to a new level for the yoga pro looking for their next challenge.

SUP Yoga offers classes for people with no experience and for those looking to try their hand at a headstand on a paddle board! Check our schedule to find a class that's right for you! Classes last an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, but plan a full hour and a half to get on and off the water.

A paddle board and gear are included; just show up in comfy clothes!
