Enjoy one of the most scenic (and photographed!) roads in all of the Adirondacks, lightly traveled and delightful in all seasons. This road is in a valley ringed by the High Peaks. And the end, you'll find the Adirondack Mountain Club's Adirondack Loj and High Peaks Information Center.
Please be aware of private property if stopping to take pictures on the side of the road.
From Route 73, this is a 9.6 miles round trip down and back. In winter, be cautious as this road may get less attention than others and its rather curvy.
There are services and restrooms at the Adirondack Mountain Club's property at the end of the road.
