“The Boat” Craft Beverage Tasting Room in Lake Placid is “Bringing a taste of the River to the Mountains.”

 

“The Boat” is a combination of Wood Boat Brewery, Saint Lawrence Spirits, Coyote Moon and Northern Flow Vineyards. All are New York State Farm craft beverage producers in Clayton, New York on the beautiful St. Lawrence River of the 1000 Islands Region. 

 

From Wood Boat Brewery you will find you crisp IPA’s, refreshing lighter ales, smooth stouts, and many more beers. Try a crisp gluten free Hard Apple Cider. Made with 4 viritals of organically grown New York State apples. We have seasonal beers such as Summer Shandy and Pumpkin Ale to name a few. All by the flight or pint. Grab a 4-pack or a growler to go.

 

Saint Lawrence Spirits offers craft Bourbons, Gins, Vodka and a unique line of Absinthe. Stop in for a hand crafted cocktail. Enjoy a Gin and Tonic or Maple Old Fashion to name a few. If you like Mules we have a selection made with Ginger Beer produced by Wood Boat Brewery. The “brew crew”  hand peels the Ginger Root for each batch! We even have cocktail flights! Don’t forget to bring a bottle of your favorite Spirit home with you.

 

Coyote Moon and Northern Flow Wineries offer a wide range of award winning wines. From dry whites to sweet whites and dry reds to sweet reds I am sure we will find a wine for you. Have it by the flight, glass or bottle. Take a bottle home with you or back to your hotel. 

 

“Say Cheese” You will also find at “The Boat,” the famous River Rat Cheese. Of course River Rat Cheese is from Clayton as well. You will find flavors like 3-Year Old Cheddar, Bacon Horseradish to name a few. It’s not a trip to the Adirondacks without having Maple Cheddar! Enjoy at “The Boat” or take some home. Don’t forget the Adirondack Summer Sausage made up river in Winthrop NY.
