The Mountaineer's 28th Annual celebration of ice & snow
The 28th Adirondack International Mountainfest will be held February 14–16, 2026. Come celebrate all things winter in the mountains we call home!
Mountainfest hosts clinics for all levels in XCD (Cross Country Downhill), backcountry ski, mountaineering, & ice climbing lead by local guides & guest athletes. Clinic participants and the public are invited to take part in evening entertainment, music, raffles, and workshops. Patagonia WornWear will be onsite and able to complete (reasonable) mends to any of their brand gear/clothing!
All Mountainfest proceeds benefit local non-profits - Ausable Freshwater Center, Barkeaters Trails Alliance, ADK Action, and Adirondack Climbers Coalition.
