"Small Town, Big Dreams" was broadcast on PBS stations nationwide during the 2010 Winter Games. The new version updates the film with material from the last four years.

The one-hour film relives the 1980 Winter Olympics and the Miracle On Ice as it traces Lake Placid's rise from an unknown mountain village to a winter sports mecca.
