We are holding weekly spin classes on Thursday Evenings at 6PM in Jay, and all skill levels are welcome!
What you can expect:
– To get sweaty, burn calories, and build muscle. We work both arms and legs in all classes for a total body workout.
– A 45 minute ride (warm up, spin, cool down) to good tunes, moderate climbs, mountain views, and great company.
– Feel inspired and go at your own pace.
Spots fill up quickly as space is limited to 5 people per class, so you must reserve your spot online in advance. If the date is showing up as unavailable on the calendar, it is because it is fully booked but you can email me at Gabrielle@adirondackmountainretreats.com and I'll add you to the waitlist in case of cancellations.
