This fall workshop consists of 6 weeks of adult cardio classes. $10/class, Tuesday's 7:30-8:15pm Studio 1. 6 spots available per class. (Tuesday's Oct. 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, Nov. 2nd, & 9th).
Get ready to move, shake, smile, and work it 80’s style! We're channeling a whole lot of '80s with this 45-minute workout of nonstop dancing, mixing cardio with strength-based toning. The only equipment needed is a sweatband since this much cardio will leave you dripping! Lace up your sneakers, grab your scrunchie and leg warmers for this fitness dance class that is an epic-workout-disguised-as-a-dance-party! By the end of this class, you’ll be sure to feel a total body engagement and come out feeling stronger than ever! The best part?
