Lake Placid, adirondacks, usa - Four hundred fifty staff and managers immersed themselves in a day of customer experience training at the Conference Center at Lake Placid in preparation for a busy winter season at Belleayre, Gore and Whiteface Mountains and the Olympic venues.

The training is part of the New York State Olympic Regional Development Authority’s (ORDA) commitment to "amping up" the overall experience at all of their facilities and programs.

“From the foot traffic flow through the facilities to exceptional service and dining, we’re upping the ante with renewed emphasis on the guest,” said Ted Blazer, ORDA CEO. “I have no doubt that returning guests will notice an even greater improvement in their overall experience at all of our venues than ever before!”
