Diet-less Culinary Weekend

A weekend of demos, cooking and fun for all ages - no diet - just real foods cooking.  Eat what you want by keeping the nutrients in! This is a shortened version of our full weekend which you can view here.


  • 12:00PM: Lunch & Workshop: Superfoods - How to make a SOUPer Soup, Salad Dressing as a Superfood and Superfoods for flavor and supplementation. Plus a superfoods chocolate bar!
  • 2:00PM: Cross country ski or snowshoe on our property, relax by the fire, request a wellness session, hike and more...
  • 6:30PM: 5 Course Tasting Dinner: A real foods traditional foods perspective. Chef Cathy will provide interpretations and demos for each course as well as demonstrate the basics of traditional foods cooking that offer preparations for keeping foods "nutrient" dense.
