Aquatic and Terrestrial Invasive Species Identification and Survey Training

Join us in welcoming Adirondack Park Invasive Plant Program’s Erin Vennie-Vollrath and Zack Simek for a free workshop during New York’s Invasive Species Awareness Week. This hands-on workshop will provide training on how to survey and identify many aquatic and terrestrial invasive species found in the Adirondacks, including those posing the biggest threat of invasion. You will also receive training on using the program iNaturalist to record and report your observations while out and about in the Park. This is a great opportunity to learn how to protect the Adirondacks from invasives. Hope to see you there!
