Northeast New York Maple Producer Weekends
Who doesn't love maple syrup?
Every year the New York State Maple Producers Association holds Maple Weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. This year’s weekends are March 19 and 20, and April 2 and 3. Spend a fun day with family and friends, sampling maple products across New York state. The maple producers host open houses, where the public can visit and see how maple syrup and maple products are made.
More than 110 maple producers all over New York state participate, including our local producers. In addition to producer's tours, many local businesses have joined in to offer specials at the restaurants with samplings of innovative cuisine utilizing our precious commodity, New York state maple syrup. In our part of the Adirondacks, a special Maple Weekend will be celebrated on March 19 and 20, and April 2 and 3, with fun new events on the calendar to celebrate our sweetest Adirondack spring product. Check back regularly for more updates as events are added for the Adirondack Maple Weekend.
