Skiing and Riding
Expert, 43% Intermediate, 20% Beginner), 11 lifts including an eight person high speed gondola, 98% snowmaking capability, terrain parks, adrenaline-pumping, between-the-trees skiing and six mountainside restaurants and so much moreno wonder we were rated #1 Ski Resort in the Eastern United States by Ski Magazine readers in 2010 and #1 in North America for Off-Hill Activities for 19 years running!

Cloudsplitter Gondola Rides
The eight-passenger Cloudsplitter Gondola takes you from the base lodge to the top of Little Whiteface in less than fifteen minutes. This ride takes you over ski trails, wooded areas and scenic overlooks with breathtaking views of the AuSable River, the Adirondack High Peaks and the Olympic Jumping Complex. At the summit of Little Whiteface (3676'), an observation deck and picnic tables await you regardless of the season.

Downhill Mountain Biking
Challenging downhill trails on the lower mountain that wind through the scenic valley and along the river that are suited to fit the needs of riders of every skill level. Advanced trails can be accessed via the Cloudsplitter gondola or a shuttle is made available to those riders looking to get a feel for the mountain first.

Whiteface Veterans Memorial Highway
An eight-mile trip from the crossroads in Wilmington, the Whiteface Veterans Memorial Highway will give you access to the summit of the fifth highest mountain in the Adirondacks. The last five miles are the most spectacular as the road winds upward through a changing forest and an alpine summit environment. At the parking area, take a short hike or ride an underground elevator to the summit for a truly amazing 360-degee view of the surrounding lush wilderness.

Disc Golf
The nine-hole course utilizes "frisbee" like discs on the lower portion of Whiteface. Players follow the course around the bottom sections of some favorite Whiteface ski trails during the summer! Grab your friends and give it a try!

Nature Treks
A guided ninety-minute summer tour along the banks of the West Branch of the Ausable River and Stag Brooks Falls Trail that includes a lunch and Cloudsplitter gondola ride.

Bear Den Picnic Hike
A guided 3.5 hour hike to the top of Bear Den Mountain that climbs 1,400 feet 3.2 mile trail, that includes a a picnic lunch and a limited-edition Whiteface High Sierra hydration pack (retail value $100).
