An easy woodland trail in the primeval wilderness. An excellent addition to many different excursions.
Indian Pass Trail - Trailhead: Take Route 73 leaving Lake Placid from the South, and turn right on Adirondack Loj Road. 5 miles down is Heart Lake and a parking lot.
10.4 miles RT, but probably best to turn back once it gets too challenging and go over known terrain again.
