The snow is falling lightly and all you can hear are the soft sounds of your snowshoes and the chirping of the chickadees as you meander through the woods, invited by your guide to see the natural world around you in a new way. Strap on a pair of snowshoes and let us take you on a unique Winter Forest Bathing sensory immersion eco-trip. We will cover less than a mile on gentle terrain to allow you to take in all the sights, sounds, smells and textures of an Adirondack forest in winter. Let us help you slow down through a series of sensory activities so you can find a deeper relationship with nature. And you will find that you are also more present to yourself and to each moment, effortlessly.

Winter Forest Bathing Experiences for Your Group

Forest Bathing experiences are available Sunday through Friday for groups of four or more people. 24 hour notice required. Call us to schedule. Whether you are in the area for a family gathering, a corporate meeting or traveling with a group, discover how Winter Forest Bathing can help you build deeper relationships with each other as well as with nature.

Weekly Winter Forest Bathing Eco-Trip

We also offer a weekly scheduled Winter Forest Bathing eco-trip every Saturday between December 30, 2017 and April 1, 2018.

Eco-trips begin at 1pm and end about 3:00pm with approximately ninety minutes being spent out of doors, weather permitting.

Please note that ending time may extend up to 30 minutes depending on temperature, weather and participant comfort.

Preregistration is preferred and can be made online. For last-minute bookings, please call us at 518-637-2963.

Group Forest Bathing eco-trips are limited to a maximum of 8 people.

Upon registration, you'll receive an email confirmation including information about our meeting location, directions, what to bring, and what to wear. You can also find answers to your questions at or give us a call.

Winter Forest Bathing Pricing

Winter Forest Bathing is $40 for adults and $35 for children ages 10-17.

Bring your own snowshoes and you will receive a $10 refund at the end your eco-trip.
